Back in 2019, when the world was an easier place,
I obtained three recently emptied casks from my favourite spirits and fortified wines:​

 

Madeira | Calvados | Speyside Single Malt Whisky

Then the world shut down for a couple of years and we forgot all about them...

Sometimes the Angels conspire to create something amazing seemingly by chance.

After three years we found the casks at the back of the distillery and they blew us
away with the depth and complexity of flavours.

 

This is seriously limited edition stuff - just 300 bottles of the whiskey and
Calvados and only 85 of the Madeira.
